Campaign Priorities

AddRan College is one of the largest and most broadly based academic units at TCU. The college is composed of ten departments and two programs offering a range of learning opportunities in disciplines as diverse as religion, criminal justice, anthropology, political science and philosophy.

Your generous financial support is needed to help AddRan support three key multidisciplinary initiatives.

The Institute for Critical and Creative Expression enriches our students' ability to express their thoughts verbally, in writing, and through visual and graphic representation using leading-edge digital media technologies, visualization software and interactive gaming.

The Institute of Urban Living and Innovation explores the multifaceted human experience of living in urban environments using Fort Worth, Tarrant County and the North Texas region as an active learning laboratory. The institute will focus on topics such as new urbanism, smart growth, environmental and social sustainability, and quality of life issues in American cities.

The Center for Texas Studies is designed to celebrate all that makes Texas distinctive. History is central, but Texas literature, anthropology, ethnography, politics, religion, philosophy, and design and textiles are also explored.
